In what time zone the company's metatrader server operates?
The company's metatrader server works by Central European time (GMT +2). If you live in other time zone, don't forget to take time difference into account.
My order was executed, but chart shows, that there were no such prices. What's the matter?
In MT4 charts shows only "bid" prices, but buy orders are executing by "ask" price, which differs from bid price on the current spread size. You should consider that spread size can change at some market circumstances.
My order was executed, and I am quite sure that there was no such price at the market. What should I do?
If you suppose that execution of order was made by mistake, you should notify dealing office as soon as possible by phone and by email. The terms of claims consideration are specified in your contract.
Why order was executed by the price different from specified?
Stop orders can be executed with slippage.
What are the positive sides of changing spread?
Changing or floating spread provides the best conditions for trading for each period of time. At the same time it shows the current state of market and can be treated as additional indicator for your decisions.
Why order is being processed more than usual 1-2 seconds?
Delay in MT4 can emerge because of several reasons, e.g. number of client's orders and requests is much higher than average and/or expert advisors activity may be higher than usually. Also dealer requires prolonged time to execute deals with CFDs, so other clients may be waiting for their turn.
What should I do when I couldn't establish connection to trading server?
First you should check if there is an internet connection on your computer and all software perform properly. If there is some software limiting your access to internet (e.g. firewall), check its settings and adjust them if necessarily. When connection still not avaliable, make deals by phone.
Do you allow scalping trade?
Making deals on extremely short periods of time taking small profits is allowed when market conditions allows us to process them without any possible loss. The indicators of such "calm" market are spreads, stop levels and slippage.
Do you allow "locking" of positions?
Yes, locking or keeping reverse positions on the same trading instrument is allowed. Anyway we recommend to use this option carefully, because locking still requires some expenses on swaps. If your margin isn't enough to pay swaps, locked positions can be closed by dealer.
Can I trade "on news"?
Yes, but you should keep in mind additional risks of possible spread change and price sliding.
Why limit and stop level is changing?
"Limit and stop level" is changing because of different market conditions, which influence our ability to process client's requests without taking additional risks.
How many orders can I set?
We place no formal limits, but we recommend you to keep reasonable necessarily number. Be sure that your expert advisor works properly.
Why some instruments are quoted by request?
This is explained by constantly low liquidity of that instruments on the market.
How often can I request quotes?
We have no formal limits, but if large amount of requests without further deals causing delays of processing other client's requests such situation can be considered as "flood". Additionally, a kind of expert advisors can generate flood activity from time to time. Be sure that your expert advisor works properly.
What are the common decencies for automatic trading?
Automatic expert advisors are allowed for all instruments and accounts, but we recommend to shorten the number of requests to comfortable necessarily level and definitely analyse server responses. The Company reserves the right to ban expert advisors which put too much pressure on the server untill it is not corrected. In such case the client would be notified about the ban by internal mail. Please remember that you are responsible for results of your trading independently on the way you trade!
How often can I transfer webmoney?
As often as you need it. Still if you try to transfer 100 dollars with 100 transactions by 1 dollar you would be recommended to optimize your payments.
Can somebody else trade on my account?
Yes, but you should remember that you are the only person who are responsible for results of you trading as a client.
What should I do if I forget the password?
You should contact the manager and notify him/her about it. You would be provided with the new one. Manager is entitled to ask you to confirm your identity or take some other measures to ensure that you are the actual owner of the account.
Where is the Company actually located?
The Company is registered at BVI (British Virgin Islands) as international company. In other countries the Company is represented by independed partners.
Should I pay taxes?
Yes, you should pay taxes by yourself.
