Partnership.

The aim of partnership program is to promote the services of the company.
Terms of partnership programs are defined by individual agreements.

1. Each member of partnership program agrees to comply with the following Rules.
2. The Company reserves the right to break the Agreement with a Partner, whose actions violate these Rules or contradict them.
3. The Company is obliged to:
3.1. Calculate Partner's commission in amounts and terms described at the Agreement.
3.2. Examine the claims and proposals to improve the partnership program.
4. The Partner would be excluded from the partnership program, and his commission revoked, if:
4.1. Clients, attracted by the Partner, are existing Clients of the Company or the Partner itself. Autoreference is prohibited. Many connections from single IP-address, from single PC, registrations with similar data, access to client's trading account under investor's password or other ways of trading at client's accounts by the Partner, are considered as the violation of this Rules, and may be the reason for denial of commissiom payment.
4.2. Partner's web-resource does not meet the requirements specified in paragraph 6 of the present Rules.
4.3. Partner is advertising the services of the Company on websites containing immoral content connected with pornography, violence, racial and ethnic hate, drugs, weapons, etc.
4.4. Partner uses unauthorized newsletters (spam).
4.5. Partner refuses to perform his duties to the Clients.
5. Commission for trading operation can be canceled if the trading operation was committed with violations of the conditions of Customer Agreement or using of failure or latency of delivery quotes.
6. If Partner uses his own web-resource to attract Clients, Company implements the following restrictions:

Partner is prohibited to::
6.1. copy the website of the Company in all its language versions and sections
6.2. use the name of the Company website as well as domain and website names, confusingly similar to the name of the Company website
6.3. use the design, confusingly similar to the Company website
6.4. use the logo of the Company and/or logo, confusingly similar to the logo of the Company (excluding banners, provided by the company)
6.5. use the texts, located at the Company website, without direct (rather than referral) link to the source, indexed by search engines
6.6. use the malicious programs and scripts, pop-up advertising windows
6.7. locate inaccurate, distorted, incomplete, misleading or false information about the Company and/or provided services on the website

7. All information located at Partner's websites should comply with the information provided the Company.
